    Enterprise Account Executive

    SalesRemoteFull-time$120k–$150k base + uncapped commission (OTE: $200k–$300k)

    You'll be the first dedicated enterprise AE at Mixpeek, working directly with the founder to define our sales motion, ICP, and playbook. You'll sell infrastructure to CTOs, VP Eng, and data teams at companies in eCommerce, AdTech, Media & Entertainment, and security. These are technical buyers who are drowning in fragmented tools and DIY pipelines. You'll run a consultative, land-and-expand motion—typical deal sizes are $100k-$500k ARR with 6-9 month sales cycles.

    Responsibilities

    • Define and iterate our GTM playbook across target verticals (eCommerce, AdTech, media, security), from outbound to close
    • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, close
    • Build relationships with heads of data/ML, product, and engineering, and help them champion Mixpeek internally
    • Partner closely with the founder and Solutions Architect to design compelling POCs and ROI narratives
    • Own enterprise sales cycles from first intro through legal, security review, and procurement
    • Provide structured feedback from the field to shape roadmap, pricing, and packaging
    • Hit quota and maintain accurate forecasts in CRM

    Requirements

    • 5+ years selling ML/AI infrastructure, data platforms, or developer tools to technical buyers
    • Proven track record of closing new logos and building pipeline from scratch at early-stage infra/ML startups
    • Comfortable selling technical data/ML infrastructure to engineering and data teams (you don't need to be an ML researcher)
    • Track record of closing $100k+ ARR deals with 6-12 month sales cycles
    • Experience with land-and-expand motions (not just net-new hunting)
    • You've sold to eCommerce, AdTech, media, or similar data-heavy verticals (big plus)
    • Self-starter who can build pipeline from scratch and define the playbook
